The Owner

German Martinez began his journey in the roofing industry in 2001, initially working on new construction projects, installing shingles in Saint James, Winding River, and surrounding areas. His early experience laid a strong foundation in the field, honing his skills and expertise. A few years later, German expanded his horizons and started working as a subcontractor for a roofing company based in Tabor City, NC. This role saw him specializing in metal roofing installations across North Carolina and South Carolina, further broadening his technical knowledge and experience.

In 2017, German took a significant leap forward by establishing his own business. Since then, he has been dedicated to serving the local community, offering top-notch roofing services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. German’s deep-rooted experience in both shingle and metal roofing, coupled with his commitment to his clients, has made his business a trusted name in the local roofing industry.

German and his crew did a great job at my son’s house at Oak Island. He added new siding and redid the soffit which gave the house a much needed facelift. We are very pleased with the work, and highly recommend them. In fact, we have already contracted another job with them. They come when they say they are coming and stay until the job is done.

We spoke to three other roofing companies who couldn’t help us. German was on time for the estimate and let us know he could help. He kept me up to date with when the materials would be arriving and when they would be starting the job. From start to finish, it only took them two days to get the job done. They had to completely remove our old roofing materials and replace with metal roofing. When they were finished, the old materials had already been cleaned up and hauled away, and we had a beautiful new roof. I would recommend Neighbor Metal Roof to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

I called about a small leak in my workshop and German showed up within 30 min. He did his inspection and offered to make the repairs on the spot! Within a couple of hours my roof is properly fixed and he cleaned up all debris. Very personable and professional! I would use him in the future and recommend him to anyone!!UPDATE: 06/08/2021(2ND VISIT/ REVIEW) After some MORE heavy storms I had numerous leaks in my workshop. I called German Martinez/ Neighbor Metal Roof and he promptly came to inspect. We decided to replace the roof given the number of leaks; it was just worn out. He gave me a very fair price quote and did the job a couple of days later. He is a man of his word, prompt, polite, takes pride in his work and explains the scope of work. When finished they cleaned up and went over my yard with a magnet to get up the old nails! Many roofers skip this. HE'S A REAL PRO AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH! IF YOU NEED ROOF WORK THIS IS A GREAT GUY TO GET THE JOB DONE!!
